No. Every post exists because a person uploaded a video, wrote a caption and picked a time. Loop only carries out what was scheduled, and you can cancel anything in the queue before it goes out.
The post stays in the queue with the error TikTok returned — for example an unsupported video format or a caption that breaks a rule — so you can fix it and reschedule. Nothing fails silently.
Yes. Choose the connected accounts a video should go to, and optionally give each one its own caption. Loop publishes to each account through TikTok's official API.
Yes. Each post is stored against the time you pick, so a 9:00 slot means 9:00 for that audience regardless of where you are.
Yes, and the way it should be done: the client opens the TikTok authorisation screen themselves and grants access. Passwords are never exchanged, and the client can revoke Loop's access at any time from their TikTok security settings without contacting you.
Never. Connecting an account happens entirely through TikTok's official login. Loop only receives the access tokens TikTok issues, which are stored encrypted.

Disconnecting an account removes its tokens right away. To delete everything, use the account deletion option in settings or write to us — we confirm within 30 days.
